SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We (D7 Studios) ship all packages F.O.B. shipping point, using UPS as our standard carrier. We use UPS, USPS or FedEx guidelines for wrap/pack methods depending on carrier chosen by client. Client assumes ownership of shipment once it is in the possession of specified carrier. Additional insurance over $100 will be available at client's request. Insurance claims due to damage during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the client. D7 Studios will provide no warranty for items damaged in shipping.
We will provide client all tracking information that is provided to us and it will be sent via email and/or included in the final invoice. Please email aryn@d7studiostx.com before the package is shipped if you have special requests. Extra charges will apply for requests to have a package expedited or crated. All shipping and handling charges will be added to the final invoice.
We will ship via FedEx (with supplied client account number only) at their request.
Courier service will be used at client's request for deliveries in the DFW area.

The following information is required for all shipments: Company Name, Point of contact, Address, City, Zip Code, State, Residential or Commercial, any additional insurance (dollar amount of coverage). We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Return address used on all shipments will be the current address we have on file for client's company and/or contact person.
Client assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions upon acceptance of project estimate.
